I stayed here in aug 2023 The hotel location was excelent The hotel is right on the mallroad And the hotels rooms are upto the mark and the hotel staf was at our back and call thank you for making my stay lovely

Rooms were ok but the hotel was at best location just near the lift. The view from the balcony room was amazing.hot water available 24 hours. The staff was very helpful and reception incharge was very coperative. I defenitely recomend this …

Room was not ready till check in time. Waited for an hour to check in. Room booked was not given at first but after argument manager gave the room booked by us. While check out hotel staff have not helped to carry luggage. On the whole it was a big mistake to book this hotel on such a high price.

Worst hotel experience i have ever had. The rooms are untidy and hotel staff doens't listen to you at all. Biggest issue at this hotel is of Water. Tapwater is always out and when you call the staff, that panni nhi aa raha ,then they'll say motor is on and water will available in 10-15 minutes but water comes after 1 hour and that to for 20-30 minutes only at a time. Don't prefer this hotel, if you want a good stay at shimla.

Staff was good, location is awesome. If you have real good luck of getting room with balcony you can enjoy (lovely) the view but if its not balcony then you might runaway because of suffocation. TV's dont work if are working then you are …
